Castle Tioram is a great place to visit if you are doing a circuit of Ardnamurchan Peninsula.  It is a somewhat eerie ruin that sits on a tidal island in Loch Moidart and dates from around the thirteenth or fourteenth century.

Castle Tioram is the traditional seat of the Clann Raghnaill branch of Clan Donald.  It was seized by Government forces in about 1692 when the clan cheif joined the Jacobite Court in France.  A small garrison was stationed there until the Jacobite rising of 1715 when it was recaptured and torched.  It has remained unoccupied since that time.

Depending on the state of the tide, you can walk out to the castle however it is now closed to the public due to it being unsafe.
