Our Single Rooms in Fort William
Our single rooms are ideal for solo travellers, hikers and business guests visiting Fort William. All but one room is ensuite with the smaller single having a separate private shower room across a small corridor.
All rooms have easy access to our free Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, tea and coffee facilities, and access to our guest lounge and breakfast service. Popular with solo travellers who are hiking the renowned West Highland Way we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including dedicated drying room for your clothes and boots.
Why do we have single rooms?
In the last few years we have seen that single rooms have become more and more popular. As travellers are increasingly using travel agents to arrange their walking holidays in particular we have seen huge growth in the numbers of people choosing to travel alone.
Of course, with the popularity of long-distance walks such as the West Highland Way, a great deal of camaraderie is found with fellow walkers, and although guests have planned to holiday alone, by the end they have made many new friends.
That’s why we have four rooms entirely dedicated to solo travellers.
