Full resources are available for planning your West Highland Way hike on the Official West Highland Way website at https://westhighlandway.org.

There you will find all you need to know about the route, where to stay, what to pack and how to get to the start/finish.

Guisachan Guesthouse is a proud supporter of the West Highland Way and is one of the official Passport Points where you can get you own record of your achievement stamped.

Make Sure You Book Your Accommodation Early

Many places along the West Highland Way are only small villages, so accommodation is very limited.

Even Fort William, a town of some 10,000 residents, with many B&Bs, guesthouses and hotels gets extremely busy during the main summer season, and booking accommodation well in advance is strongly recommended.

Booking directly with us ensures the best rates, service, and flexibility.
