Castle Tioram

Castle Tioram is a great place to visit if you are doing a circuit of Ardnamurchan Peninsula.  It is a somewhat eerie ruin that sits on a tidal island in Loch Moidart and dates from around the thirteenth or fourteenth century. Castle Tioram is the traditional seat of the Clann Raghnaill branch of Clan Donald.

Glen Roy

Glen Roy is situated just north of Roy Bridge in the Highlands of Scotland. The glen is accessed from the A86 trunk road along quite a narrow and winding lane, but once there, the views are spectacular. Glen Roy is best known for the ancient geological formations known as the “Parallel Roads of Glen Roy”.
