Owned and run by Carmen & Phill, and assisted by our team of happy staff, at Guisachan Guesthouse we make it our mission to provide you with a comfortable stay, whether you are staying just one or many nights.

Located in central Fort William, we are close to major transport routes, local shops, and pubs and restaurants.

Guisachan Guesthouse has been welcoming hikers from the West Highland Way for many years, and the Phill & Carmen are happy to accept bookings from people planning their own West Highland Way hike, and we are also preferred suppliers of a large number of companies that organise hiking holidays.

   Ein großer Dank geht an Carmen, Phill und alle Mitarbeiter.innen. Es waren angenehme zwei Tage. Wir wurden total nett empfangen und toll umsorgt. Das Zimmer war super und sauber.  Verified  Excellent guest house, in a wonderful and convenient location. The breakfast is excellent, with an enormous choice. Everything delicious. The views are also terrific. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because our room (room 1) had wafer thin walls. We were woken up by the couple next door talking. I don't think they were talking that loudly, but it felt like they were on the end of our bed !    We really enjoyed the stay here. Due to a car incident (flat tyre) we had to look spontaneously for an accommodation. Even that was no problem for them. They have a bar with various whiskeys and beers. They also provide board games for all guests to use. Very nice Looking forward for the next stay.

   2박을 묵었는데 조식이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 정성스럽게 차려진 아침식사를 멋진 전망을 보며 먹으니 더욱 맛이 있었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져 있으며 호수 전망도 정말 좋았어요. 호스트는 무척 친절했고 드라잉룸을 사용할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만, 수압이 너무 약해서 씻는 것이 정말 힘들었습니다.

   Finished the WHW here, bag was already in the room for us which was a bonus, we didn't spend much time around the b&b but looked very nice. Both slept well and the breakfast was probably the best on our 9 day trip. And a lovely view to have breakfast aswell.

   On our last day of the West Highland Way, we arrived at this guesthouse tired but satisfied. We were given a very friendly welcome by the hostess. We were immediately offered the possibility to dry our shoes after a rainy day. The room was perfectly fine: a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Restaurants are within walking distance of the guesthouse. Breakfast was very extensive and well prepared. The service provided by the hostess and host was fantastic.    We stayed for one night but wish it was longer. Immaculately clean, comfortable room. Delicious breakfast, featuring local produce. Lovely staff, they even posted an item we had left in our room by mistake. Very convenient location for pubs & restaurants in Fort William.
